Session Description:

TELUS WISE Happiness engages high school students in an important conversation about building and maintaining a healthy relationship with technology. Students will explore how digital habits affect their overall well-being and resiliency, and will gain practical tips for finding balance in an increasingly connected world.


Through this program, students will learn:

✅ How to set healthy boundaries with technology.

✅ Ways to strengthen resiliency and reduce digital stress.

✅ Strategies for maintaining mental health and balance online and offline.

This program is part of TELUS WISE, a free digital literacy initiative created by TELUS to help Canadians of all ages safely and responsibly navigate the online world. Learn more at TELUS Wise workshops.

📚 Registration is open to classrooms and schools in Alberta only.
