Most New Year rituals focus on visioning, planning, and setting intentions. That's powerful, but without grounding into your needs, intentions lose momentum, boundaries blur, and we drift.

The Aligned Year workshop blends breathwork, divination, and shamanic journeying with somatic Needs Awareness to begin 2026 with clarity, authenticity, and deep connection to your truth.

WHY NEEDS AWARENESS?

All human beings are motivated by needs and values, they’re universal! Needs allow us to feel connected and whole, creating a foundation for us to be fully seen and heard. They are the backbone of a life that feels aligned. This workshop will help you reveal any patterns where you override your needs and disconnect from what makes you feel anchored in manifesting your dreams .

The Aligned Life workshop ensures your needs are acknowledged clearly from your body’s wisdom. We aren't striving for the perfect year but rather a year of accomplishing profound shifts where:

• Decisions become simpler
• Boundaries become clearer
• Reciprocal relationships flourish
• And the path ahead becomes unmistakable

WORKSHOP FLOW:

1. Breathwork: Regulate your nervous system. Identify patterns of over-riding unmet needs. Open the channel. We begin with a Conscious Connected breathwork journey led by Monica to release the emotional residue of 2025 and create space for your deeper truth to emerge.

2. Divination: Receive guidance through Tarot divination to help illuminate your path ahead. Bring together your human needs with divine guidance to create a clear, grounded map for the year ahead.

3. Shamanic Journey: We close with a guided shamanic journey where you’ll learn:
- How to stay connected to your needs through your body’s wisdom
- How to honour your heart to express your needs throughout the year
- How to respond to your intuition’s voice

By the time we are done you will have:
- A somatically rooted knowing of your needs
- Divine guidance and a deeper connection with your intuition
- A grounded, aligned path for 2026

No experience with breathwork, divination, or journeying is required.

Key considerations

While breathwork is an incredibly supportive practice for many, this particular style of breathwork may not be ideal for those who are pregnant, have significant mental health challenges, heart or respiratory conditions.
