The Art of Flow Yoga Class

Welcome to The Art of Flow with Adelaide! Get ready to unwind and spark creativity in this unique event combining art and yoga. Join us every other Sunday at 10:00 AM at 538 Adelaide St N for a morning of relaxation and inspiration. Adelaide will guide you through a rejuvenating yoga session where you can express yourself and dive deeper into your yoga practice. No experience necessary, just bring your yoga mat and an open mind. Join us in this opportunity to get an insider perspective into the great London art scene and take care of your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Studio Location: When you arrive, enter the front doors and come all the way up the stairs. At the very top, turn right and we will be inside the first door on your right. You'll see a sign that reads "The Great Cosmic Trust" above the door.

Parking: Our parking is free and we have plenty of it! The parking lot is located in front of the building.
