Under the light of the Full Moon in Leo, we gather for a heart-led, soul-stirring day of movement, breath, sound, and deep presence.
The Art of Reawakening is an invitation to gently come back to yourself; to reconnect with your vitality, creativity, and inner fire. Leo energy reminds us of joy, self-expression, courage, and the power of being fully seen. This mini retreat is a space to soften, open, and remember what lights you up.
This is not about pushing or performing; it’s about listening, embodying, and allowing what’s ready to awaken within you to rise naturally.
We’ll be gathering at The Garden Strathcona, a warm and light-filled space full of plants and beautiful energy. With its calm, welcoming energy and natural feel, it’s the perfect setting to slow down, move gently, and settle into a day of reflection, embodiment, and reawakening.
🌕 What the Day Will Include
Throughout the afternoon, you’ll be guided through a carefully curated journey led by three facilitators, each offering their unique medicine:
✨ Breathwork, Meditation & Expressive Movement with Daniella (Breathwork, Meditation and Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Wellness Coach)
A guided breathwork and meditation experience to release what no longer serves and reconnect you to your inner rhythm. This portion of the day invites emotional release, clarity, and creativity, followed by expressive movement to integrate and embody what’s been uncovered.
✨ Yoga & Embodiment with Morgan (Yoga Teacher & Intuitive Coach)
A grounding, heart-opening yoga and embodiment practice designed to help you land in your body, move with intention, and awaken sensation from the inside out. Expect gentle flow, intuitive movement, and space to explore how your body wants to express itself.
✨ Meditation & Sound Bath Journey with Jess (Sound Alchemist, Meditation Guide & Intuitive Chakra Coach)
A deeply nourishing sound journey using crystal bowls and other healing instruments to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and anchor you into deep rest and integration. This is where everything settles; allowing the body and heart to absorb the day’s experience.
There will also be moments for reflection, journaling, stillness, and spacious pauses, so nothing feels rushed.

With roots in jazz performance and years of exploring sound as a language of emotion and expression, she brings both artistry and intuition into her work.
Her work bridges coaching and frequency; guiding others into deeper self-trust, energetic alignment, and embodied intuition. Through sound, voice, and intuitive guidance, Jessica helps people unlock the wisdom held within their bodies and remember the truth of who they are.

She is excited to share this experience and guide you through movement that feels nourishing, expressive, and deeply connected.
