Hosted at The Postmark Hotel, this reservation-only experience invites guests to slow down, savor, and celebrate winter in a warm lodge-style setting filled with rich flavors and relaxed elegance.

Enjoy an intimate, seated tasting environment with limited availability across three curated sessions:

• 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Each session features a thoughtfully crafted four-course Brew & Fondue dinner ($99 value), including:
