15–35 minutes — Find your primary burnout driver
Using the 6 classic burnout triggers, we’ll identify which one is hitting you hardest and how it shows up in your calendar, commitments, and self-talk.
35–65 minutes — Nervous-system drills & micro-interventions
Brandon will teach nervous-system tools you can use in under 5 minutes: breath and movement resets, “pressure valve” routines, and ways to dial down threat without losing performance.
