Join us for THE RESET RITUAL | BOX x BURN — a grounding yet energizing women’s-only experience crafted to help you set clear intentions, step into your power, and start 2026 feeling aligned and unstoppable.

We’ll begin with guided intention-setting through journaling cards, ease into a Pilates-based warm-up to ground the body, ignite your strength with a dynamic boxing session, and close with a calming meditation + cold towel reset.

What’s Included:
• Guided journaling cards to set your intentions for 2026
• A 30-minute grounding Pilates warm-up to lengthen, activate, and prepare the body
• A 40-minute high-energy boxing session led by expert instructors to build power and confidence
• A 10-minute meditation + cold towel cool-down to reset the mind and restore balance
• Take-home wellness goodie bags curated from our favourite health & wellness partners
• A supportive, community-focused afternoon designed to reset, recharge, and reconnect

All equipment will be provided (including gloves, wraps + mats). Just bring yourself, comfortable workout clothing, and your intention for the new year.
