Event description

Description

Westside Neighbourhood Food Network presents a demonstration workshop led by Beth Carruthers for using your home cultivated wild yeast to make beautiful slow rise bread. This is a follow up workshop to The Magic of Wild Yeast, but all are welcome, even if you didn’t attend Magic.

Beth is a student of wild systems, and a teacher of interdisciplinary Environmental Studies. A bread-maker since childhood, she nurtures wild yeast to make wild-ly delicious slow-rise bread with locally grown and ground grains
