Savour a gourmet, farm-to-table six-course dining experience, thoughtfully curated and artfully presented by Sparkling Hill’s Executive Chef James Fettes, with each dish beautifully plated and served at your table.

Live Music by Heatwave Entertainment

Your dinner will be accompanied by the versatile live band Heatwave. Their wide-ranging repertoire spans decades and genres, setting an elegant tone for dinner before transitioning into a high-energy celebration for dancing until late.
