In this neuro-somatic workshop, we move beyond traditional yoga to target the Vagus Nerve—the “command center” of your body’s relaxation response.
The Focus: Neuro-exercises, humming, and gentle neck/diaphragm releases.
The Goal: To “tone” the Vagus nerve and build your resilience to daily stress.
All levels welcome. No yoga experience required.
