Join us Thursday 7pm for a showing of a pre-recorded all over Body Conditioning class on Zoom.
Good old fashioned Body Conditioning class where we work from tip to toe using simple exercises and combining body weight, hand weights and basic aerobic moves to music. You will get fitter and more toned doing this class.
Once you have booked you will get a confirmation email which contains the Zoom link.
