Thurs 9am Zumba Gold in Oldbury-on-Severn

A gorgeous and super fun Latin and World music inspired dance class where there is less impact and slower turns but lots of singing along!

I adore my Zumba Gold classes - they are totally inclusive for all ages and all abilities. Those who wich to add impact and fully welcome to, but those who neeed to keep the dancing on the ground will be well looked after. We dance, we sing, sometimes we partner up and each class is an absolute joy to be part of.
