Overview
An all over workout for those needing a more gentle session or folk that want to work on their balance that has seated and standing elements
We start the class seated to mobilise all muscles and joints. Then we practice sit to stand to strengthen the leg muscles. I like do a little bit of lateral movement and balance work before we add hand held and leg weights for an all over workout.
I use great music that you can sing along to if you wish and its suitable for chaps as well as ladies.
There is an option to stay after for a cuppa tea for 50p. Once or twice a year I try and get the group together for some kind of social event after or outside of class.
