This interactive workshop is an opportunity for participants to examine their existing habits, consider where imbalance is occurring, and contemplate options to develop a more sustainable, meaningful lifestyle.
Objectives:
- Take a closer look at the myths and realities of work-life balance in a modern context
- Learn to identify signs of imbalance and how it affects your mental, emotional, and physical health
- Discover how to manage your time, create boundaries and prioritize
- Explore the roles of rest, leisure, relationships and self-care as part of a meaningful life.
