Most of us already know some of what supports our brain and heart health: better sleep, food choices, moving more, taking prescribed medications, and managing stress. The challenge is not knowing. The challenge is doing these things consistently in real life.
Tiny Habits for Better Brain and Blood Pressure is a small-group online programme where I will help you change health habits without relying on extreme motivation and willpower. I use the Tiny Habits method, which is based on the work of Dr. BJ Fogg, PhD, from the Behaviour Design Lab at Stanford University.
