We're offering weekly yoga and pilates classes at Toronto Island Oasis!
In the spring and summer we offer classes at our open-air yoga studio nestled away on Algonquin Island. This is a green space studio, immersed in lush gardens and trees. Explore the benefits of practicing outdoors in the fresh air surrounded by nature. Although only 10 minutes from downtown Toronto, you feel as though you've been transported to a more remote locale :)
Classes are timed so you can catch any of the ferries on the half hour to arrive in time for class. But consider making this a day to treat yourself on the island. Go to the beach, picnic, paddleboard, kayak, bike, disc golf, volleyball.. enjoy the summer!
*As the weather cools we will move our practice to our indoor studio.

*classes are beginner friendly and can be adapted for injuries/ mobility issues!
