How does the Bar Crawl work?

Upon check-in, you’ll receive a wristband and a map of participating bars. This wristband grants you free entry to all venues and access to exclusive drink specials at select venues* for the night.

What is a Pub Crawl?

A pub crawl is similar to a bar crawl, with the same concept of hopping between different bars or pubs throughout the event.

Do I need to check in at a specific time?

Yes, you must check in during the designated registration time to collect your wristband and map. Check-in times will be provided on this event page and via e-mail before the event.

What if I can’t make registration/check-in before the start of the crawl?

Accepted Answer

You must check in during the specified registration window. Unfortunately, late check-ins cannot be accommodated, and you may not be able to participate if you miss it.

Is there an option for early registration/check-in to pick up my wristbands?

Please review the check-in times as posted on Eventbrite for details on how to pickup your wristbands. There are no options for early pickup or registration.

What is The Digital Crawl Map and how do I access it?

Accepted Answer

The Digital Crawl Map is a digital map with all participating bars and their specials. A link will be emailed to you a few days before the event, so be sure to keep your eye out for an e-mail from us (via eventbrite), so you get the itinerary.

What should I wear to the NYE club crawl?

Accepted Answer

We suggest wearing a classy but comfortable/warm clothing you’ll be walking from venue to venue. Dressy shoes and upscale attire is the dress code. No sportswear or streetwear. All venues reserve the right to deny entry if you're underdressed.

Is there an age limit for pub crawls or bar crawls?

Yes, participants must be 19+ with valid government-issued ID to attend. Screenshots or photocopies will not be accepted under any circumstances. No refunds will be provided if you forget to bring your government-issued ID.

What should I bring to the club crawl?

Accepted Answer

Bring your ticket (printed or on your phone), a physical copy of government issued ID (no copies or screenshots), and cash or card for drinks and tips. We highly suggest bringing cash for drinks to ensure you are able to easily purchase drinks.

Can I check in and get wristbands for my friend with their ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as you have their ticket or QR code, you can pick up their wristband.

Will there be long lines to get in?

Accepted Answer

Some venues may have lines depending on legal capacity, but your wristband will allow you entry to all participating bars assuming you get there early enough. Participating venues reserve the right to deny entry once legal capacity is hit for safety reasons.
