Trauma Informed Edmonton (TIE) is Back!
Join us for a full-day, in-person leadership event focused on moving trauma-informed practice from awareness to meaningful, sustainable action. This gathering will bring together leaders and decision-makers from across sectors to explore how trauma-informed leadership can strengthen workplace culture, support staff well-being, and improve service delivery.
Through thought-provoking sessions, collaborative learning, and opportunities for reflection, participants will explore how trauma-informed leadership can strengthen workplace culture, support staff well-being, and enhance service delivery.

Self-Assessment Workshop
Engage in a guided reflection using a trauma-informed organizational self-assessment tool. Leaders will explore strengths, identify gaps, and gain clarity on where their teams or organizations may need additional support. This interactive session encourages honest reflection and practical insights you can take back to your workplace.
Panel Discussion: Trauma Informed Leadership in Action
Hear from leaders across sectors as they share real-world experiences implementing trauma-informed approaches. A moderated Q&A will create space for leaders to explore challenges and opportunities relevant to their own roles.
Workshop: Intention to Action
Following the day’s learning, leaders will work through an action-planning process to identify quick wins, next steps, longer-term goals, and strategies to embed trauma-informed principles within their teams or organizations.
Opportunities for connection with other leadership
Make connections and build relationships with leaders inside and outside the human service sector. Leaders will also have the opportunity to share their insights and priorities with Trauma Informed Edmonton (TIE), helping shape future trainings and initiatives.
