TUNA & MEZCAL - A Pairing Dinner with Chef Charlie Fang from TATSURO CAFE

Chef Charlie Fang is back cooking with us this time representing his new cafe' Tatsuro's !

We picked his favourite fish to cook (Tuna) and decided to blend it with something we never tasted during our events (Mezcal)!

PLEASE READ BELOW!

- Doors will open at 6:30 PM, so please don’t arrive earlier; we wouldn’t want you to stand outside in the cold.

- We will move to the dining area around 6:45 PM, so take your time—there’s no rush! 😊

- The first dish will be served by 7:00 PM, and if you happen to be late, we’ll save it for you until 7:15 PM at the latest.

- As promised last month, we will start with a bonus welcome drink! We encourage you to explore the art exhibition upstairs and downstairs featuring many talented artists.

- Dinner will consist of five courses, paired with two wines, two cocktails, and a spirit tasting (plus a FREE top-up if you desire! 😘).

- Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like during dinner about the food or drinks. We want these events to be a shared experience, so don’t hesitate to chat with your “neighbors.”

- Coats can be hung in the downstairs area.

- If you need to smoke, please use the outside area.

- The guest washroom is located upstairs.

- Some dishes, wines, and cocktails will be fully explained, so please bear with us if we pause the music during dinner.

- Please keep your cutlery at all times during the meal; being in an art gallery makes it difficult for us to wash and replace cutlery as quickly as a restaurant. We apologize for any inconvenience!

- Payment does not include gratuity, and we encourage cash payments to avoid HST charges.

- With the new SQUARE system for larger bills, you might need to enter your card details, which will be immediately deleted from the system after the payment.

- Dinner will conclude by 10:00 PM at the latest, but we are happy to host until 11:00 PM.
