I suggest bringing a yoga mat ,any pillows/cushions/bolsters and blankets to lie on to stay comfortable during the sound bath portion. There are chairs available if you are more comfortable remaining seated rather than being on the floor.

Please dress comfortably. I recommend dressing in layers so you may adjust accordingly if necessary.

Do I need any experience to do this?

Not at all! This event is for everyone. No previous experience is needed.
