Boost your confidence and learn to love yourself at this empowering event on self-esteem building!
This interactive session explores the foundations of self-esteem — how it develops, the factors that influence it, and how it impacts our daily lives. Participants will learn to recognize patterns of self-doubt, challenge negative self-talk, and develop practical strategies to strengthen their sense of self-worth. Through guided discussions and reflective activities, this workshop empowers individuals to build confidence and approach personal and professional challenges with resilience.
Objectives:
- Define self-esteem and its impact on personal and professional life.
- Identify factors that influence healthy or low self-esteem.
- Develop strategies to build confidence and self-worth.
- Create a personal plan to maintain and grow self-esteem over time.

- Only Permanent Residents or Protected Persons (e.g., Conventional Refugees)
- Permanent Residents or Conventional Refugees who reside in Canada
