The Learning Series Event is targeted towards registrants from the Batteries, Blue Box, Hazardous and Special Products, Information Technology, Telecommunications and Audio-visual Equipment, Lighting, and Tires programs and not users of the Hazardous Waste Program Registry or Excess Soil Registry.
