Learn key signs, assessment tips, stages of change, treatment paths, and harm-avoidance when supporting clients with eating disorders.

This workshop offers a grounded introduction to eating disorders, including common presentations, symptoms, and contributing factors. The presenter will outline key assessment considerations, review treatment pathways (without providing direct therapeutic instruction), and discuss stages of change to support clinical decision-making.

The session will also cover practical ways to avoid causing unintentional harm, helping therapists feel more informed and prepared when supporting clients who may be struggling with disordered eating.
