University of Lethbridge Master of Science in Management

The program is offered by the AACSB accredited Dhillon School of Business and is designed for students with an undergraduate degree, or significant professional experience in Management, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline. Previous work experience is not required for admission.

Students can choose between two pathways:

• Thesis option – an academic research pathway that combines coursework with a research thesis (co-op is optional).
• Project option (Business Analytics Pathway) – a hands-on, career-focused pathway that integrates coursework with an applied experiential learning project in business analytics (co-op is optional).

Both pathways equip students with strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and enhance critical thinking by challenging students to evaluate organizational problems and propose innovative, evidence-based solutions.
