Wabtec Strategy Execution Consortium meeting in FL, US, 21-22 March 2017, will be held at UNF (University of North Florida, Adam W. Herbert University Center) in Jacksonville, Florida.
Strategy Execution Consortium meetings are free to attend events hosted by leading organizations which bring together 20-30 senior strategy, transformation and operational excellence practitioners from leading global organisations to benchmark how they define, deploy, execute and follow-up on their strategic objectives. What is the topic/theme of this event?
This March’s Consortium is focused around the theme of “Executing Strategy in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) Environment”. The key question that we’ll be seeking to answer in this event is “Does your organization operate in a VUCA environment and if so how have you adapted your strategy execution approach to succeed in this environment? ” Our hope as a host is to learn from the other participants how they organize themselves and why and to form a better view on how we should best organize our transformation teams given the mix of skills we need to drive execution of our strategy.
