Tonight's cooking class will focus on the key ingredients and cooking techniques needed to produce authentic Thai flavour in an all-vegetarian meal.
Chef Heidi has years of experience cooking and teaching Thai cuisine, informed by her travels and research.
Participants will learn how to make vegetarian "fish sauce" and how to properly use essential Thai ingredients. We will cook and share a delicious meal, including refreshing noodle salad, red coconut curry, spicy noodles with tofu, and sticky rice pudding.
Sparkling with vibrant flavours, these recipes are easily made at home. Printable recipe booklet included.
