What is your cancellation or no-show policy?

There is no refund for cancellation and, or no-shows.

Is this a therapy group?

It is hosted by a trained Registered Social Worker-Psychotherapist however it the venting sessions are not therapy sessions.

What do you mean by homework?

Homework is suggested, optional exercises (for example: reflections, journalling, therapeutic writing and more ...) to support you in making sense of your thoughts, broadening your perspective and better understanding your thought process and emotions.
