Is this event beginner friendly?

Yes, we welcome people of all dance levels, even if it's your first time dancing ever! You can also socialize with people on the side if you are feeling a bit shy or need a time out.

Do I need to bring a partner?

No, you can come solo, we do encourage you to invite friends since everything is more fun with friends. You will also meet and make new friends at the event!

What type of music are you going to play?

We're aiming for a 3/1 split between Bachata and Salsa. Roughly 1 Salsa song after every 3 Bachata songs. We're also a big fan of popular pop songs that works well for Bachata, so expect some songs you already know!

What should I bring/wear to the social?

Wear comfortable clothing to dance in. We also recommend bringing your own water bottle so you can stay hydrated, and a towel if you plan to do a lot of dancing!
