VIBF 2023 TIT Talks - Teach Inspire Transcend

Join us for sips and stories at this intimate evening of connection and titillating conversation: the Vancouver International Burlesque Festival's exclusive take on TED Talks. Attend in person at the Cultch's Vancity Culture Lab Theatre or watch from home with a livestream ticket.

TIT Talks is a one-of-a-kind event offering unique perspectives on burlesque and burlesque-adjacent topics. This intimate evening encourages compelling conversation and shares dimensions of being a burlesque performer that are seldom discussed publicly.

ACCESSIBILITY

The Vancity Culture Lab Theatre is wheelchair accessible. Designated wheelchair spots are available in the first row of the theatre.

All washroom facilities are located on the ground floor and are for use by people of all genders. There are no urinals. The main washroom area includes two wheelchair accessible stalls and there is also a separate accessible washroom around the corner.

There will be considerations in place for those with sensory sensitivities, such as complimentary earplugs being available at check-in.

Assisted listening devices are available on a first come, first served basis.

There are also a limited number of big and tall seats available upon request to accommodate larger and taller body types. The dimensions are 23.5 X 31.25 and can accommodate up to 453KG.

To better ensure availability on the night of the event, please let us know in advance if you would like to reserve a wheelchair spot, a big and tall seat, and/or an assisted listening device.

In respect for those with asthma, allergies and other chemical and fragrance sensitivities, we ask that you please refrain from using scented products before and while attending performances.
