Great product management sits at the intersection of customer insight, business strategy, and delivery. This hands-on course equips product managers to lead that intersection—using design thinking to deeply understand customer problems, shaping a compelling vision and strategy, and turning insights into a clear roadmap that continuously delivers value.

You’ll practice continuous discovery to fuel innovation, define outcome-oriented roadmaps, and navigate value stream economics (pricing, licensing, and funding) to build sustainable products. While the course aligns with SAFe® practices, the emphasis is on practical, modern product management you can apply across agile organizations.

Attending the class also prepares you for the Agile Product Manager (APM) certification exam.
