This class is all about new beginnings energy.


Before we can manifest anything - more clarity, confidence, love, abundance, or alignment - we have to get honest about what we actually desire. That’s where breathwork comes in.

In this guided breathwork experience, we’ll use conscious breathing and intention setting to quiet the mind, connect to the body, and clarify what you’re ready to call in next.

Breathwork helps move you out of the mind and into the body, where intuition, clarity, and alignment live.

This class is for you if you’re craving a reset, standing at the edge of something new, or feeling ready to move forward with more intention.

No prior breathwork experience is needed - just come as you are, open and curious.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and more connected to yourself and what you’re ready to create.


What is Breathwork?

Breathwork uses intentional, continuous breathing patterns to move energy and release emotions or trauma that may be stuck in the body. These stuck patterns can cause stress, anxiety, or even physical tension. Through the breath, your body has a natural way to let go, reset, and heal. Breathwork is a powerful tool to reconnect with yourself, calm your nervous system, and create lasting transformation.

Day of Details:

  • It's best to breathe on an empty stomach, so refrain from eating 1-2 hours before class.
  • Wear comfy clothes you can breathe deeply in.
  • Bring an eye covering, pillow, blanket, water, and a journal.
  • Use headphones for best audio quality.
