Anxiety is a common emotion many can relate to after receiving a breast cancer diagnosis, and those feelings don’t go away once treatment ends.

Do you find yourself thinking thoughts like, “Am I going to live the rest of my life thinking about my cancer returning?”

Join us as we discuss fear of cancer recurrence. We will explore the ways in which it shows up in our lives and how we can use strategies and techniques to learn to live side-by-side with the fear.

The sessions are facilitated and moderated by a professionally trained and registered social worker or psychotherapist who creates a safe space for participants, supporting the unique needs of people with breast cancer.
