Are you living with metastatic breast cancer and looking for a safe setting to express your feelings and share what you are going through right now, with others who get it?

Living with MBC often brings unique needs and challenges that can become overwhelming and leave you feeling lonely and isolated. We are here for you!

These open-chat format sessions are facilitated and moderated by a professionally-trained and registered social worker or psychotherapist and provide that safe space to unpack what you’re currently feeling; to learn, share and connect with others.

Rethink’s psychosocial support program offers these virtual support group sessions to the community free of charge.

While our overall goal in providing these support sessions virtually is to ensure these sessions are accessible to anyone navigating breast cancer who needs support right now, this session is focused specifically on the MBC community.
