Voices of Strength: Healing from Gender-Based Violence

💖 Heal in the Month of Love

This February, you are invited into a compassionate, trauma-informed healing space created specifically for survivors of gender-based violence.

Voices of Strength is a FREE 4-week in-person healing program designed to support survivors in reconnecting with their voice, rebuilding self-worth, and beginning a new chapter grounded in safety, strength, and hope.

This program is facilitated by Sandy Maeck, author, life coach, mental health practitioner, and survivor of gender-based violence. Sandy brings both professional expertise and lived experience, creating a space that is safe, supportive, and judgment-free.

Each session gently guides participants through reflection, guided journaling, storytelling, boundary-building, and emotional healing — without pressure to share beyond what feels comfortable.

This program is valued at $1,500 and is offered 100% FREE thanks to the generous sponsorship of Meet the Motivators – Resilient Women Program, in partnership with the Government of Canada
