About this event
#vtjtalks monthly events bring together entrepreneurs, executives, talent, investors, and tech community members to network and learn.
Join us this month to get insights on how to scale world-class products and teams from a Canadian CTO who has already done it.
July's headlining fireside chat is with Ian MacKinnon, founder and CTO of Later.com.
Ian MacKinnon is the founder and CTO of Later.com. Founded in 2014 at a hackathon, Later has grown to become the leading social media and visual marketing platform with over five million of the world's top brands and agencies as users. In 2022, Later was acquired and merged with Mavrck to create the ultimate creator marketing platform.
At Later and Mavrck, Ian is responsible for overseeing the engineering team in its software development efforts as well as spearheading its machine learning and data science initiatives. Ian has a software development background and has previously worked at SAP and Google before joining the Vancouver Startup scene.
The evening's opening act:
- Simran Kang, Co-Founder & CEO of MyFO
Keep the party going at our SUMMER SOCIAL hosted by Float.com
