Meet your panelists:
Darryl Wright, EY People Advisory Associate Partner
Darryl is an Associate Partner in EY’s Workforce Advisory Practice focusing on talent and the future of work. Darryl is an accomplished senior executive with extensive cross-industry and international experience in the field of human capital strategy, organization effectiveness and leadership development for some of the most prominent global organizations in banking, corporate education, consumer goods, retail, food and beverage. He is an inspirational leader skilled in human resource management, large scale business transformation and leadership actualization. Darryl also has extensive experience influencing and partnering with boards and senior leadership teams and is known for his effective collaboration across organizations to deliver on strategic priorities.
Darryl holds a Bachelor of Economics with Honours in Industrial Psychology from Stellenbosch University.
Zain Raheel, EY Forensics & Integrity Leader
Zain is the National Leader of the Forensic & Integrity Services Practice at EY, where he focuses on helping companies develop pragmatic solutions to large scale issues through the development of a structure that engages people, develops processes and leverages technology. Over the course of his career, Zain has been involved in a wide variety of assignments, for a diverse client base, ranging from large multi-national corporations to not-for-profit operations. Prior to joining EY, Zain was a Senior Vice President at a leading global bank and held the position of Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Officer and was responsible for ensuring the financial institution’s compliance with anti-corruption legislation, including but not limited to, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) and the U.K. Anti-Bribery Act. In this role, Zain was responsible for Ongoing monitoring of the effectiveness of the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption program and program enhancements, as well as for the Enterprise-Wide Bribery and Corruption risk assessment.
Zain is a certified public accountant (CPA), Chartered accountant (CA) and holds his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver.
Sunny Sehgal, EY Senior Manager, HSE
Sunny is a National HSE Leader responsible for the HSE advisory consulting practice in Canada, leading EY's team of HSE subject matter resources and providing oversight over several HSE transformation projects. He has led safety and HSE transformation projects with many of our clients and has deep industry experience in managing safety, HSE risks and HSE assurance activities. Sunny has over 25 years of experience in providing safety and HSE services to leading Canadian and international clients, with over 22 years working in the energy industry.
Sunny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a registered Professional Engineer.
