A peaceful space for BIPOC youth to rest, heal, and connect through sound, mindfulness, and community care. ✨

This free gathering offers a safe and nurturing space to rest, heal, and reconnect. We’ll begin with a light movement practice to ground the body, followed by a guided sound journey featuring Native flute, singing bowls, and sounds of nature to support emotional and spiritual balance.

We will also share organic vegan snacks and gifts for all participants, celebrating community, self-care, and collective wellness.

What to Expect:

Cost: Free (for BIPOC youth ages 15–30)

Come as you are. Bring a yoga mat or blanket if you’d like to get cozy.
