Where is the Space? - Shoulder Edition : 4wks online series
Overview
Sometimes, the shoulder feels like a mystery - a place where tension gathers and lingers.
We often look to the scapula as the key to release… but is it the whole story?
In this 4-week series, we’ll explore the neighbours of the scapula - the ears, collarbone, ribs, and the spine.
We’ll invite these quieter parts into dialogue, rediscovering how movement and support can arrive from elsewhere.
Through guided explorations inspired by the Ilan Lev Method, you’ll learn to listen to the subtle relationships that bring lightness and ease to the shoulder.
Instead of forcing release, we’ll invite curiosity: Where is the space? What moves when I soften the effort?
✨ You’ll experience:
🫧 Release shoulder tension without force
🫧 Discover how softness in one place can free another
🫧 A gentle reset for those who carry too much on their shoulders — literally and metaphorically
🫧 Dedicated time to nourish yourself through weekly self-care
