Overview

For people 60+ with joint replacement, osteoporosis or osteoarthritis who want to feel steadier, more confident, and less afraid of falling

If you’re over 60 and you want to feel more steady on your feet, less worried about icy sidewalks or stairs without railings, or have been told you have osteoporosis or osteoarthritis, these 2 1-hour sessions online workshop is for you.

Over two 60-minute sessions, you’ll learn why your balance is changing, what you can realistically do about it with your joints, and how to use simple at-home tests and exercises to get stronger and steadier over the next 90 days.

This workshop is free, held live on Zoom, and designed specifically for women over 60.

Who This Is For

This workshop is for you if:

  • You’re over 60 with osteoporosis, osteoarthritis (especially in your knees), and/or a hip or knee replacement.
  • You feel wobbly or unsure on curbs, stairs, icy sidewalks, or getting in and out of the bathtub.
  • You’re afraid of falling and worried about losing your independence.
  • You currently walk but don’t have a structured strength and balance routine designed for your bones and joints.
  • You don’t want to go down on the floor to exercise – you want safe, effective exercises you can do standing or using a chair.

If you’re still playing pickleball or staying active in other ways, this workshop will show you how to build the foundation strength and balance to keep playing with less pain, fewer injuries, and faster recovery.
