Winter 2026 Retreat: Still and Grounded

By Carman Murray

Overview

Winter is for listening. This retreat is a one-day pause to quiet the noise, reconnect with what matters & choose a few steady next steps.

January has a funny way of asking a lot of us.

New goals. New plans. Same old calendar that fills up faster than we’d like.

This Winter Retreat is your chance to slow down long enough to hear yourself again.

If you’re in a transition, carrying a lot, or you can feel that nudge for “something needs to change,” you’re in the right place. We’ll spend the day warming up your body, clearing out mental clutter, and getting honest about what’s working, what’s not, and what you’re ready to do differently.

You won’t leave with a 47-step plan. You’ll leave with clarity, a grounded action plan for the next 3, 6, or 12 months, and the kind of steady confidence that comes from choosing what matters on purpose.

This is a brave space. Come as you are, bring your favourite pen and journal.
