In the middle of January, many of us are craving connection — with ourselves and with others.
This afternoon gathering is for women who want to move, to reconnect with their bodies, and to tend to their mental and emotional well-being in a way that feels supportive, real, and human.
We’ll move joyfully, laugh, cry, and make space for whatever needs to move through you - (without making it heavy or overwhelming!).

For those who feel a quiet nudge toward something more sustained, I’ll also be sharing an invitation for the next wave of brave women to join the Winter session of Phoenix Rising: Your 90-Day Transformation. This upcoming cohort will be intentionally intimate, limited to 6 women, to allow for depth, safety, and meaningful connection (begins February 17, 2026).

An intimate circle & interactive conversation led by Allison. Together we will reflect on the wisdom of winter & planting intentions with the New Wolf Moon.
Joyful Movement
Led by Phoenix Rising alum, Stephanie Huynh ,of Move Method. Simple, uplifting movement to get out of your head and into your body. This session is beginner-friendly & accessible to all ability levels.
