As we arrive at the edge of the year’s longest night, we enter a sanctuary of stillness. The world slows. The body softens. The soul listens.

This Solstice, you are invited into alchemical movement, sacred breath, and embodied renewal. A space where the darkness feels nurturing, the quiet feels holy, and our inner flame glows like a gentle ember waiting to be tended.

Through organic, intuitive dance, we honour the Earth’s hibernation and the ancient rhythm that guides us home to ourselves. We awaken the soft warmth in the center of the body, the glow behind the heart, the subtle shimmer that connects us to the star-nations above.

This ceremony is an invitation to be in full presence

to remember the shimmer of light that lives inside every cell.

This is not just a 'dance' but an evolutionary alchemical container. This transformational experience is for you to feel your own inner wisdom. This practice is energetic healing just as much as it’s physically dancing, using breathwork, and self-healing to harmonize mind-body-soul.

All sessions are intended to be alcohol and substance-free and are held in a sacred container of clean, pure Kundalini vitality, impeccability and authenticity.
