WINTER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION

Prosperity & Abundance

Sunday December 21st
240 Manor Road E
3:00-6:00pm

During solstice, we come together in the dark and celebrate the return to light. In the Northern hemisphere this happens on Dec 21st as the shortest day of the year.

This will be an afternoon journey of ceremony, guided meditation, breathwork, sacred sound through mantra (no experience is necessary), prompted journaling and sharing (optional) and we will enjoy ceremonial cacao for the heart.

In celebration of the solar new year, we will set sacred intentions for the coming year and tap into the inner landscape to merge in presence and heart vibration so we project from the soul.

Across cultures and centuries, this time has been honoured as a sacred threshold: a pause between what has been and what is yet to come. The solstice reminds us that even in the deepest darkness, there is a quiet promise of returning light. This season asks us to turn inward. Just as nature retreats into rest, our inner world becomes easier to access.

Meditation at this time can be especially potent. In the stillness, the noise of the year begins to settle, and what’s true inside us has space to rise. Through breath and presence, we clear the residue of the cycle we’re completing, continue working with the transformative energy of the snake and create room for clarity, renewal, and intention.

Gathering in circle amplifies this energy. When we sit together, heart to heart, story to story, we weave a collective field of support, witnessing, and belonging. The wisdom each person brings becomes part of a shared medicine. In community, our insights deepen, our nervous systems settle, and our capacity for healing expands. The circle reminds us that we are not meant to move through transformation alone; we are held, reflected, and strengthened by each other.

The flow of our time:

  • Introduction and welcome, gentle breathing and grounding embodiment to arrive in the space.
  • Ceremonial Cacao to open the heart
  • Breathwork
  • Guided Meditation
  • Circle (please bring a journal)
  • Integration and closing.

No experience necessary. This is suitable for all bodies.
