Setting Intensions with Journal
At the beginning of class, we’ll take 15 minutes to greet each other, settle in, and reflect on 2025 as a whole—what went well, and what didn’t. Then, we’ll shift focus to 2026, journaling about our hopes for the year ahead and crafting a personal mantra to guide us through it.
Yin & Flow Yoga Class
Hannah’s Yin & Flow Yoga class is a soothing blend of poses designed to ease tight, sore muscles, with a special focus on releasing tension in the shoulders, neck, and hips. Through gentle movements and longer holds, you’ll reduce stress and improve flexibility. This class is perfect for all experience levels.
