Womb Painting Workshop: Heal Through Creative Expression is a safe space to connect to your divine portal of creativion and wisdom.
Art heals stuck energy through nonverbal expression.
Your rage, your grief, your joy and hope must be awakened into the revolution. To heal our root and sacral chakras is to bring divinity to life. This workshop is designed to help you tap into the energies of your womb to ignite inspiration, and self-discovery through play.
Join us for a journey out of the head, and into the body to explore the profound connection between art, embodied connection, and energy healing.

- Somatic awareness and movement

- Expressive and intuitive painting

- No previous art experience is necessary
- Open to all bodies who carry a womb
- Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting paint on
- This is a choice-based practice offered on the floor.
- There will be props and pillows to support you
ABOUT YOUR TEACHER
Adriana Sabrina is a trauma-informed energy healer, community alchemist, and meditation teacher dedicated to liberating empowerment through the wisdom of the body. As an artist and community organizer, she directs her efforts toward ensuring spaces fostering environments of choice, safety and cultural empathy.
