Women’s Breathwork Journey: A Feminine Breath Circle
Overview
You’re invited into a sacred space of sisterhood—an evening to breathe, release, and return home to yourself within the safety of other women. We gather in this sacred space breathing together, healing together. Through the breath, we soften the armour that’s kept us separate and open to the remembering that when one of us rises, we all rise.
This journey offers a space to let go of what no longer serves, restore trust in your inner wisdom, and reconnect with the essence of your feminine heart. You’ll be lovingly guided through a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, held with compassion, gentleness, and deep respect for your process.
This is not about striving or doing—it’s about allowing and remembering. You will be met exactly as you are.
Breathwork can help move stagnant energy, integrate emotions, and awaken the body’s innate intelligence. It supports release, renewal, and reconnection with the truth that already lives within you.
Whether you’re longing for deeper connection, healing, or a moment of stillness, this journey welcomes you just as you are. No previous experience is needed, just your breath and a willingness to be seen.
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat, blanket, and a couple of cushions for comfort
• Layers to stay cozy (breathwork can bring on shifts in body temperature)
• Pen, journal, and water bottle
• Your openness to receive and the courage to let go
‼️ Investment: $40 ‼️

Come as you are.
Leave a little lighter, a little softer, and a little more connected—to yourself and to the women walking beside you.

About Me
Hi, I’m Stacey Chartres a breathwork and somatic facilitator, Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) Facilitator, wife, mother, and firm believer that healing can be deep without being heavy.
I help women come home to their bodies. To trust their instincts, soften, and feel safe being fully themselves. My work weaves together breathwork, nervous system regulation, meditation, and somatic inquiry, and whenever possible, I bring in the land and the wisdom of our beautiful animal companions, the horses.
My journey began after a profound first breathwork session with my mentor — an experience that invited me to meet myself with the same loving presence horses offer. With over 14 years as an EAL Facilitator, I’ve witnessed how unconditional presence transforms lives.
Now based in Kelowna, BC (though still proudly Aussie!), I hold group circles, private sessions, and breathwork with horses, offering a grounded, compassionate space for deep healing, self-trust, and reconnection.
