Wordathon - Kids Coding For Kids

Wordathon - Kids Coding For Kids

By Fondation STaBL Foundation

Overview

Children from grade 6 to 12 with no (or lots of) experience will learn to code graphics and animations for free reading games.

Come alone or work with a friend. Bring a laptop, or learn coding on your smartphone. (We also have a limited number to borrow.) Every participant will contribute to one big, colourful, animated reading game. Children with more experience will work on creating new game mechanics. Everyone will be supported by McMaster mentors.
