How do I join the Zoom workshop?

This event will be held by Zoom. Log in to EventBrite and go to the event page. The Zoom link will be activated at 8:30 am on December 14. Please ensure that you have a reliable internet connection.

Will there be breaks?

Yes. There will be 5-minute breaks at 10:00 am and 11:00 am.

Question 3

Can I ask questions during the workshop?

Accepted Answer

The presenter will take questions at appropriate intervals. Keep questions on topic and general so that all participants can benefit. The presenter will stay on after 12:00 pm to answer additional questions. Participants may also communicate with one another via chat.

What reference materials are included?

Accepted Answer

Digital files will be emailed to registrants 2 days before the workshop including: workshop slides, Best Practices for Strata Treasurers publication, sample budgets and financial reports, and more.

Question 5

If I cancel will I get  refund?

Accepted Answer

Request a refund in Eventbrite or send an email to workshops@visoa.bc.ca. Receive a full refund when you cancel with at least 7 calendar days notice.  With 3-6 calendar days notice, you'll receive a refund less a $10 administration fee. There is no refund for less than 3 days notice or no notice.
