Yoga & Meditation Day Retreat
Overview
Many have asked when we're going to have day retreats again. So we're happy to announce we'll be back at La Grange on January 17th to bring in the new year. Come together with like-minded people in the community as we explore the power of forgiveness! It's time to let go of last year's baggage and begin the new year feeling at peace.
Our morning will begin with a simple meditation to get grounded, then we'll move into a Hatha Yoga session suitable for all levels. We'll have an introduction to japa meditation, some nice kirtan, and explore forgiveness with a guided meditation and some sharing.
If the weather and time allow, we'll go on a lovely nature walk. We'll also be serving a delicious vegetarian lunch, and there will be plenty of warm tea available.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one. You're also welcome to bring slippers, a water bottle, and a journal.
