During this special yoda nidra session (deep meditation or conscious sleep) you will receive hands on reiki healing from a reiki master.
Join us on a trip to the cosmos and back. Also known as psychic sleep, we will guide you to a place between sleep and consciousness to a place where healing from trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and insomnia can occur. This offering is included with all studio memberships.
